We appreciate your patience and your willingness to use alternate communication channels while we were troubleshooting connection issues today. I want to let you know that the Lab was still running production as normal; orders were being processed and are shipping out as scheduled today.
Again, we're sorry for any inconvenience this downtime may have caused. We wanted to be entirely transparent about what was happening and how to work around it. We truly appreciate your faith in our business capabilities; I want to confirm that our communication lines are 100% back up and running and that this was an atypical situation.
