Customer Care Training

To ensure our world-class Customer Care Team can best serve our great customers, our team will be attending quarterly training on the latest lens technologies during the dates and times listed below. Customer support will not be available during these times.

Thursday, Dec 18th 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM CST
To continue our educational growth and professional development, our Customer Care and Data Entry Teams (including our remote teams) will come together in October for our annual collaboration days. These collaborative on-site group training sessions will occur during the dates and times listed below. Customer support will also not be available during these times.
