As a shipping manager, I needed to find the most efficient and dependable way for our accounts to receive their packages in a timely matter.

Each year as the holidays approach, most carriers will only pick up and deliver Express and Next Day Air packages. Even during the busy holiday shipping season, we aim to accommodate our accounts the best service that we can. For our accounts located in Wisconsin and the surrounding states, we ship out jobs using Ground services via UPS and they are typically delivered the following business day. Knowing from my own experience, UPS only delivers and picks up Next Day Air packages during the major holidays, therefore, we send all jobs Next Day to ensure they will be picked up at Cherry Optical, Inc and delivered to you the next business day. It's the little things like anticipating the needs of our customers that separate Cherry Optical, Inc from the rest. Sure we have the technology behind us to run a highly advanced optical lab, but we are always looking to deliver a great customer experience.
