"Almost two years ago, Cherry Optical Lab - Independent Wholesale Optical Laboratory happened to me. I have always described that day with a verb. It happened *to* me.

I walked out of a meeting with its President, Adam Cherry, got in my car, called my husband from the parking lot, and said: “I don’t know what just happened to me, but it felt like electricity.”

I remember feeling the literal energy of the company and its Happy Humans buzzing on my skin and, mostly... in my heart.

Cherry Optical Lab happens *to* a lot of people: its 300+ employees, their families, its customers, and their customers/patients across the country.

It happens, but not by accident.
We are thoughtful about the culture here.
In fact...we are obsessed with it.
