It requires you to add adamcherry@cherryopticallab.com and customerservice@cherryopticallab.com to your safe senders list and add @cherryopticallab.com to your safe domains.

Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and email providers continually work to crack down on SPAM. Anyone with an email address knows that SPAM is raging. SPAM is also the root cause of scams and fraud, so the primary email client providers [Gmail, Hotmail, etc.] and ISPs [Comcast, Spectrum, Verizon, etc.] are getting tighter and tighter with their defaulting filtering process.
The volume and repetitive nature of our email communications, which include marketing messages, WIP Reports, Statements, and Delay Notices, flag these filters. To send the volume of emails needed to share WIP Reports, Statements, and Delay Notices [100,000+ per month], we must use a third-party provider. The third-party provider puts a 'fingerprint' on our emails, raising another flag with the filters.
A perfect storm is happening, and our request to add us as a Safe Sender and Whitelist/Safe Domain is the only way to ensure all communications pass through. We appreciate your help completing these tasks and promise to continue doing what these services require to reduce the potential to be flagged.
